Sofitel 5 Star Hotel

Advantage Ltd was proud to be associated with the construction and completion of one of Queenstown’s best 5-star hotel complex. It offered exceptional luxury with stylishly designed suits, the award winning property was named best CBD property and the HM award for hotel and accommodation excellence. This was achieved in a short time frame and on budget.

The Shore

Situated by Lake Wakatipu, The Shore is a premium luxury apartment complex. Advantage Ltd was chosen as the exclusive supplier for all interior and exterior plumbing and drainage. This was achieved within a short time frame given and on budget.

THE LUXURY LODGE - BLANKET BAY

Located at the northern edge of Lake Wakatipu, the Luxury Lodge is an example of how Advantage Ltd can source the best products from around the world for their exclusive clients. The facilities include lavish ensuites with granite top double vanity units, separate shower and bathtubs.
